Selkirk Art Crawl Sept 4 2021
Selkirk Art Crawl was a blast. First physical art show in over 2 years. I set up my booth close to the stage area in Roxys parking lot where Wandering Wayne would be singing Johnny Cash and his other local favorites and Laurie Sutherland who took us back on a worthy Patsy Cline musical tribute. Such talent in this small town.
People strolled up and down the block of Manitoba Av chatting and enjoying over 30 art booths while music and the scent of great cooking filled the air.
Thanks to those who made it out to my booth yesterday. It was so good to see you all in person after such a long period of isolation. It has invigorated and you restored my desire to paint. Must get ready for the Christmas season where alot of my people like to pick up gifts of art, coasters, cards and hand made ornaments. Better get on that.
